Onboarding
Week 1Dedicated setup session. We configure Konnect xD for your project scope — data ingestion, tag hierarchies, discipline mapping. Your team gets guided training on the apps most relevant to your use case.
Pilot Execution
Weeks 2–5Run Konnect xD on a live project scope. Your engineers use the platform on real data — P&IDs, 3D models, schedules, cost. Weekly check-ins with our engineering team to resolve blockers and optimize workflows.
Review & Report
Week 6Comprehensive pilot report: adoption metrics, user feedback, data quality scores, and a structured recommendation. If the fit is right, we move directly to a production license — no re-implementation.
